Store Policy

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days.  Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a notification through email. We use expedited parcel service for most orders within Canada. 

We want you to love every item you purchase from us!  But if you don't, you may return the purchase within 14 days of delivery.  To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused, unopened, and in the new condition that you received it.  Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.  For the orders that have enjoyed our free shipping, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

1. Request your return by email (service@thebeautymaskshop.ca).  In your request include your order number, the reason for your return, and the name of the product you are returning.
2. Wait until we email you to give authorization.  It normally takes 2-3 business days.
3. Please include a copy of the email that authorized your return with your returned product.
4. Please insure your shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost and misdirected return shipments.  All the returned items must be sent using a mail service that offers a Tracking Number.  
5. We will process your return immediately after we receive and inspect it, then we will send you a confirmation email and the refund.
